Sky _ Transforming ‘Home Move Booking’ into a user-centered digital experience.

Sky wanted to digitise the entire home move experience as an omnichannel experience to operate more efficiently, increase digital adoption and grow revenue, something they had been struggling to create for over 12 months internally.

The project required a deep understanding from a business, customer and technology perspective to create a simple digital journey that expanded commercial opportunities and addressed the technical feasibilities across the different systems involved.

NHS _ Empowering consultants and surgeons with ​data-driven insights.

The National Consultant Information Program (NCIP) is a cutting-edge online portal designed to empower NHS consultants by providing them with access to their clinical activity and patient outcomes, facilitating quality improvement. The primary objective was to equip doctors with relevant data and seamlessly integrate NCIP with the Model Health System product portfolio.

Through wider holistic approach and strategic enhancements, the National Consultant Information Program has been transformed into a powerful tool for NHS consultants. The new portal empowers doctors with data-driven insights, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive quality improvement in their clinical practice.

Jaguar Land Rover _ Turning constraints into opportunities.

Suppliers to the automotive industry had difficulty finding necessary raw materials, leading to delays in manufacturing and long waiting lines to deliver. JLR wanted to leverage 0km cars as part of the offering to mitigate the impact on delivery. JLR wanted to build an end-to-end buying car experience that included manufactured cars without impacting the experience of buying a luxury car.

The final experience allowed customers to fully customise their options to fuel their desires and influence their purchase decisions by showing the differences between waiting for a new one or buying a similar existing model.

If they chose an available model, the experience ended up in the form of reserving the car online and gathering information like personal details and financial options that will inform the dealer to boost the final sale. The form includes trying car booking, selecting the nearest dealer, transport choices, and fees.

LSEG _ Reimagining how investors consume news. Innovating the Refinitiv Workspace experience.

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and Refinitiv combined in 2021 to become a leading global financial markets data and infrastructure provider.

To celebrate the merger, LSEG transitioned customers from the previous version of Eikon to the new Workspace platform as a central hub for broad and deep information, from data sets and analytics to trusted news and content.

 


Beyond improving the existing version, the challenge was to create a long-term strategy no just to stay on top of global market-moving events, news and developments, but tohelp investors assess geopolitical events, execute trades and make quick decisions, all while effectively managing appropriate risk for its clients.

Valuation of homes has relied heavily on human judgment, leaving room for error and manipulation.

Resolute assembled a team of data scientists to develop an algorithm capable of accurately valuing properties and analysing the surrounding area to predict investment impact.

Through extensive research and combining data from many sources, the team figured out key metrics that influence value and built a tool able to provide comprehensive insights for informed asset decisions.
